New Import File (example of LibreOffice 4.4)
Create a new OpenDocument Calc. file.
Use the column headers from the Order Import File. Column Names and Requirements table when filling in the data sheet.
The order of columns does not matter.
Add the order parameters in columns according to their nambes.
Save the file as CSV (*.csv) instead of *.ods.
When saving the file, select the Unocode (UTF-8) coding and the comma delimiter (,).
Import File from a Template
Open the LibreOffice Calc. file.
Click the File>Open and select the CSV template.
Select the comma separation parameter, the double quotes string delimiter ("), and file coding for correct representation of the file (usually 65001 Unicode (UTF-8)), then click **Ok ** and save the file.
Note.**
When deleting records, be careful. You should delete not the cells values, but the whole lines in order the file will not have any delimiters in these lines.
You can learn about the error during file import - the system will ask you to specify the order parameters that are absent in the file. Besides, empty fields in OpenOffice look the same as empty cells. Therefore, you should check the csv file by opening it first in the notepad or any other text editor.
UTF is usually supported for data encoding, but for MaxOptra import files this may be configurable. Contact the MaxOptra Support team if you need to specify other encoding format.
