The Notifications screen allows you to enable/disable dispatcher notifications to drivers.
Tick the checkbox Enable dispatcher notification before the driver completes the run if you want to notify the dispatcher prior to run completion.
In the Send e-mail notification before X not started order field, set the number of non-started orders, after which a dispatcher should be notified by e-mail.
Tick the checkbox Enable drivers to receive e-mail notifications when order details are sent to mobile devices if you want to notify drivers by e-mail about new orders.
