In the MaxOptra System, the usual way of creating orders is creating them from the Orders screen or importing orders from a file or with the help of REST API, as described in Creating orders manually and Order Import Process sections. However, the Planninп screen also allows users creating new orders.
To create a new order from the Planning screen:
Click the
(Add Order) button located on the right side of the screen in the Unplanned orders section.
The Add order window is displayed below:
2. In the Add order dialog, specify the new order parameters.

3. Click Sav to save and add created order to the Unplanned Orders list or click the Save and clon button to replicate the order with the same details.
Delivery and Collection Orders

By default any order created or imported will be categorized as a "delivery" order. At the import file in the column with heading "task" you can identify the delivery order by typing ‘delivery' or leave it blank.
If you want to assign an order as a "collection" you can do it using one of the following method:
while creating orders from the Orders screen or from the Planning screen, tick the Collection checkbox in the Order form;
identify the collection order in the import file by typing "collection" at the "task" column.
As we have two types of orders - delivery and collection - they will be displayed on the map by two different markers:

In the Unplanned orders list the orders will be marked by different flags:
- is for a delivery order,
- is for a delivery order,
- is for a collection order:
Besides the Planning screen and the map, the delivery and collection orders will also be differentiated on the Track & Trace screen, in the Driver's Manifest, in the On time report, and on TomTom and mobile devices:
