Customer location parameters
In the MaxOptra System, new customer locations can be created as described in Creating and importing customer locations.
Customer location parameters are described in the table below.

Name | Customer location name. If several customer locations are associated with the same customer, it is recommended to include the customer name as prefix to the location name. The usual way of naming customer locations when importing them into the System is "customer name_postcode". | Yes | No |

w3w location | In MaxOptra it is possible to use the What3Words address standard as an option to specify customer location and order location. What3Words (w3w) is a geocoding system that uses three permanently fixed words to identify any location with a resolution of 3x3 square meters. Location is verified | This field is marked if a customer location is checked by user on the map and verified in the system. Time of operations | Days of week and "from… to…" time for each day when the location is ready to deal with orders drop off. You can set the CL time of operation and change it, if necessary. For your convenience, use the buttons next to the time windows:

Preferred drivers | One or several drivers preferred or only accepted when delivering to the location. Fixed time per order | The fixed operation time for each order at a customer location. Drop off duration = Fixed time per order + Variable duration per capacity unit delivery.
