Besides the Gantt full view, you can switch to Compact timeline view. This view allows to fit more vehicles and drivers on the chart.
Click the
icon on the toolbar to switch to Compact view.
This is how the Planning screen in compact view looks like:
Hover the cursor over the vehicle/driver name to view the vehicle/driver information in a corresponding tooltip.
Hover the cursor over the order and run to view the order/run information in a corresponding tooltip.
