Before planning is started, the Gantt Chart looks like the one below:
During planning, you can set the Gantt Chart zoom. It can be 2, 4, 12 or 24 hours. To select the zoom, click the button indicating the zoom you need in the right upper corner of the Gantt Chart.
To scroll the Gantt Chart use the scroll bars on the right side and at the bottom of the Gantt Chart:
Each timeline of the Gantt Chart corresponds to the relative vehicle from the list of vehicles. You can see the availability windows of each driver. Light grey colour on the timeline means that a driver is OFF DUTY, white line means the working time of a driver (i.e availability windows of the driver and the vihicle he assigned to) when he is available to perform planning. By default the Gantt Chart displays one-day shift for a driver. The driver may have a two-day working shift (it is set in the driver settings). In this case, two days will be displayed on the Gantt Chart. In order to observe all working days of a driver, you can scroll the Gantt Chart using the scroll bar at the bottom of the Gantt Chart or apply a "2 days" zoom (this button will appear in the zoom button bar after the driver working shift settings are saved).
You can plan separate Order on the Gantt Chart or Run on the Gantt Chart consisting of several orderson the Gantt Chart.
