Capacity units define how MaxOptra measures vehicle capacity. It can be weight, volume, number of pallets, number of boxes or any other capacity measure.
To set up your capacity units, please make sure the selected role is Account Administrator and you are on the Capacity units screen of the Settings tab:
Only one capacity unit is enabled by default, but you can enable and define the second one. MaxOptra will use both at the same time making sure neither of them is exceeded by the orders put on the vehicle. Each capacity constraint can have its own label and units, so you can customize it to your own needs. Do not forge Save to update the capacity settings.
Once you have defined the capacity constraints, you can set up your vehicle's capacities and your order sizes in the new terms:
