On the Execution preferences screen you can find settings that will be used for mobile operation, vehicle tracking and driver notification while executing the orders.
Driver manifest
Select the Use driver manifest template, if you want to use the default driver manifest template provided in MaxOptra.
Mobile workflow properties
Select the Enable update customer location on arrival mode to update new customer locations on arrival: "By driver report", "Automatically", or turn it off. (see Customer location update upon arrival (Android app) and Customer Location Update upon Arrival (iOS Driver App)).
Mobile attachments
Using the Attachments upload mode field you can select the mode of uploading attachments to an order from mobile application to MaxOptra:
Mobile data and Wi-Fi (immediate upload) - In this case, an attachment is sent in the background after it was created.
Wi-Fi only - In this case, only the attachment's icon(s) or/and comment are sent to MaxOptra server. A file itself will be sent only by the request - when the dispatcher clicks the icon in MaxOptra web application.
Prevent order completion before attaching a photo - In this case the mobile app will present the driver with a warning if they try and complete and order with no attachments
Also see Attaching photographs to orders (Android app) and Attaching photographs to orders (iOS).

Enable order item checkbox - if order items are enabled then this setting will allow the driver to check off the items in the mobile app
Enable check all for order items - if order items are enabled then this setting will show a 'check all' button in the mobile app items screen

Tracking settings
In this section you are prompted to set the distance of the Area radius for Track&Trace control (meters).
Area radius is a customer location area (and area surrounding customer location), or a so-called geozone. The default value for the area radius within the Track&Trace control is 180 meters. Entries to geozones and exits from geozones are considered when a driver crosses the border of the area radius. Also, see Using the map on the Track&Trace screen.
Driver notifications properties
If you want to send order details by exact time, tick the checkbox Send order details by time and specify the exact time in the Send order details at field. This time works for the present day only.
