The priority levels in MaxOptra are as follows:

High

The priority levels will look the following ways:

On the Planning screen map / On the Unplanned order section

The number of dots on the order card depends on the allowable date period to plan the order

This order will be visible on the Planning screen for more than two days, and it is allowed to plan it during the upcoming three days or more including the current selected planning date.

This order will be visible on the Planning screen for two days only, and it is allowed to plan it within the upcoming two days including the current selected planning date.

This order will be visible only on the current selected date, and is allowed to plan it only the current selected planning date.

Multi-day windows and priority levels are considered together during scheduling. Let us review the following example of scheduling.

Example 1. Order 1 and order 2 both have single-day time-windows (today). Order 1 has high priority (three red dots), order 2 has low priority (three green dots). Order 1 will be scheduled first, order 2 will be scheduled after it, but both will be scheduled for today.

Example 2. Order 1 has two-day time-window of high priority level (two red dots); order 2 has a single-day time-window (today) of low priority level (three green dots). In this case MaxOptra will schedule order 2 first, though its priority is low, because today it is the only day when it can be scheduled. Order 1 will be scheduled next, though it's priority is higher. It can be scheduled either today or tomorrow, if the schedule for today is packed.

Example 3. Order 1 has a single-day time-window of low priority (three green dots), order 2 has two-day time-window of low priority (two green dots), and order 3 has three-day time-window of low priority (one green dot). In this case MaxOptra will plan order 1 for today, order 2 for tomorrow, and order 3 for the day after tomorrow.
