Unplanned Orders

The right section of the Planning screen displays the list of Unplanned orders to be planned for the selected planning date. The Unplanned order list consists of separate order cards.

Unplanned Order Card

Let us review a Order card.Each order card displays information about the order. Itconsists of the following data items (see the figure below):

To see more information about an order, hover a cursor over an order card in the Unplanned orders list and the order tooltip displaying the order information will appear:

All unplannedordersare duplicated on the map.

Using the Map you can monitor all orders and all routes. Each route has its own colour.

Unplanned Order Toolbar

Use the toolbar above the Unplanned order list to operate the orders:

to create a new order;

Click

to edit the selected order;

Click

to delete the selected order(s). Note To select multiple orders, select the first order, then hold the Shift button, and select the last order that you want to delete, and then click the "delete" icon;

Click

to import the orders from the csv-file (for more details, see Order Import Process );

Click

to export the orders to a csv-file (for more details, see Exporting Orders and Schedules );

Unplanned Order Sorting

The Unplanned orders can be sorted within the list by a number of parameters:

  • cost - orders sorted by their cost;

  • reference - orders sorted by their order numbers;

  • size - orders sorted by their weight;

  • time - orders sorted by their operation time windows;

  • task - orders sorted according to their task (collection or delivery);

  • location - orders sorted by their location name;

  • priority - orders sorted by their priority;

  • territory - orders sorted by territories (if any);

  • vehicle requirements - orders sorted by vehicle requirements (if any);

  • weight - orders sorted by weight (if any);

  • volume - orders sorted by volume (if any).

Click the drop-down in the Unplanned orders toolbar to select the sorting mode.

Besides, by clicking the

button next to the sorting field, orders are listed in ascending/descending order.

Unplanned Order Filter

It is also possible to filter out the unplanned orders by certain parameters. Click the

button in the toolbar. A filter dialog is opened.

Select the filtering parameters and confirm the selection. Only the orders that satisfy the filter parameters will be displayed in the list.

Note

  • All unplanned orders will be scheduled when running auto-planning, regardless of the selected filter.

  • Only the orders that meet the selected filter will be displayed in the search field on the Planning screen. If filter was applied to an order, a notification will be displayed in the search results field:
