MaxOptra system allows you to unallocate scheduled orders and runs in several different ways.

You can unallocate an order from the schedule just dragging it with the left mouse button from the Gantt Chart to the Unplanned orders list:

To unallocate the scheduled order from the vehicle's route on the map, select the order you need in the route on the map and drag it with the left mouse button from the map to the Unplanned orders list:

Another way to unallocate an ORDER from the route on the map is to use the order context menu. On the map select the order you need to unallocate and right-click it to open order context menu. In the order context menu, select the Unallocate order action - the order will be unallocated from the route and moved to the Unplanned orders list:

To unallocate a RUN from some vehicle's schedule, right-click the selected run on the Gantt chart and select the **Remove run ** action in the **Run actions ** context menu:

The system will ask you to confirm your actions:

In case you confirm the orders unallocation, all runs of the selected vehicle will be removed from the schedule and all unallocated orders will be moved to the Unplanned orders list. By doing that you can remove all runs of a certain vehicle, including the locked runs.

If you need to unallocate all unfixed runs from all vehicles of the current distribution centre click the

button Unallocate all vehicles) in the upper toolbar:

The system will ask you to confirm unallocation of unfixed runs:

In case you confirm the orders unallocation, all unfixed runs for the selected date will be removed from the vehicles schedule and all unallocated orders will be moved to the Unplanned orders list.
