The driver manifest lists all deliveries and collections assigned to a specific driver, including vehicle, route, and delivery details. In areas with poor signal or device malfunctions, the print function in MaxOptra allows transport managers to provide a physical copy of the driver manifest. Additionally, the export function enables transport managers to keep a data ackup. Both functions guarantee the accessibility of the run list and related information.

How to print and export the driver manifest on Track & Trace
As a Dispatcher or a Customer Service user click Print or Export to execute for ALL runs
Click Print or Export attached to run for an individual run copy
When you click Print, the driver manifest window is displayed. Click the printer icon to PRINT
Click the Export button to download the schedule as an .xls. Save the file to use as a data backup or reimport it into a warehouse management system to assist with loading and picking
