It is a common business case when several deliveries/collections are located at the same address. The MaxOptra Driver App allows you to start and complete the whole group of same-address orders simultaneously. Let's see how it works.
After your schedule is updated, click the new run to accept it. On the Run screen you can see the group of orders marked with a special icon
, showing the number of individual orders in a group for one address or within a specified radius (contact [email protected] to configure the radius in which orders should be grouped together by):
Click the group to see the details.
You can see that orders are grouped together under one address.
Note Collections are grouped separately.
Click Start at the bottom of the list to start driving to the orders' location.
Having arrived at the location, click the Arrived button.
All orders in the group are checked by default as ready to start delivery/collection. This way you can complete orders in a bulk.
Click Start Delivery (or Start Collection) to complete the checked orders in a bulk. The icon above shows the number of orders to complete. Click it to view the orders.
Fill out the required data as usual and click Complete.
If you want to complete orders one by one or in a specific order, you can use the Uncheck all button or check/uncheck the orders manually.
Click Start Delivery (or Start Collection) to open the completion screen of the selected order. Fill out the required data and click Complete.
Then the order list is opened again, showing completed orders (inactive, at the bottom) and orders to be completed (on top).
Note You can also reject any of your same-address orders, if necessary. For more details, see Fail. Suspend.
In the end, the grouped orders are displayed as Completed on the filter bar.
