To create On time report, select **On time ** oin the **Report ** tab, set all parameters you need and click the **Export ** button.
This report allows to monitor order execution. It contains the following information:
general information on the orders - order number, task, order window, customer location address, etc.,
the scheduled time of a driver arrival and departure,
driver's actual arrival time to the customer,
time when the driver reported his arrival to the customer,
driver's actual departure time from the customer,
when the driver reported his departure from the customer,
how many orders are on time, early or late,
estimated and actual mileage.
The report is exported to Excel. The printed version looks like this:
The +/-30 minutes deviation in actual arrival and departure time is allowable, so the order executed within this timeframe is considered to be executed on time.
You can create such type of report both for one or several distribution centres, as well as for one or several days.
