Track and Trace Layout

Tracking of planned orders is performed on the Track&Trace window. To track and trace orders you need to select the role of Dispatcher in the top right corner of the screen.

To start tracking, click the Track&Trace located on the upper toolbar.

View Modes

There are two different views of the track and trace screen: Dispatcher view and Customer service view

Filters

It is also possible to limit the displayed vehicles and orders by using the filters in the upper section. Here you can select:

  • Date (only one date can be shown at once),

  • Distribution centre

  • Vehicle (All is selected by default).

  • Completion status (This filter is only available if Order Items are used).

To save the new filter values click Apply.

After applying filters, the list of corresponding orders is displayed. The orders are grouped under the Glossary:

Adding Columns on the Track&Trace Screen

You can configure data to be displayed on the Track&Trace screen by selecting the required columns from the Visibility of columns menu

The list of columns is displayed. Tick the columns you want to add, the columns will be automatically added to the table to the appropriate places.

You can select from the following variety of columns:

Color legend for Arrival-Departure

Note: Actual arrivals and departures are tracked using GPS and stop point area (usually it is a circle around the stop point with a radius of 300 meters—radius is the account setting).

A driver arrived to a customer location earlier than the planned time.

A driver arrived to a customer location later than not in planned time.

A driver did not arrive to a customer location.

Time to be spent for every job: loading, unloading, order execution

Order Details Section

If you have clusters of orders (different orders to be delivered to the same customer location), you can view their details in the special section, called Order details, under the main Track&Trace screen page.

Click it to open and see the details of clustered orders.

In this section you can as well configure the column visibility using the special menu

in the right corner.
