As a rule, companies ensure their couriers not to violate the Service Level Agreement (SLA). That is why, when analyzing Track&Trace it is more important for a dispatcher to know if the driver arrives to the customer and departs from him within the order time window. For this purpose, MaxOptra offers the option of comparing actual arrival/departure time to the operation time windows.
How Comparing of actual arrival/departure time to operation time windows works in MaxOptra
This option is available on the Track&Trace screen on the Vehicle track & trace tab:
Compare actual time to Operation time windows mode is enabled by default. In the Order time windows mode, the deviations and the colouring are calculated according to the order time windows.
If the dispatcher uses Compare actual time to Scheduled time mode, the deviation from schedule and the colouring are calculated according to the deviations from the scheduled arrival.
Colouring explanation:
Yellow colour: the driver arrived to the customer location later than the operation window end, minus the operation time (driver was late).
Light green colour: the driver arrived to the customer location earlier than the operation window end, minus the operation time (driver was on time).
Dark-green colour: the driver arrived to the customer location earlier than the operation window start (driver was early).
Red colour: the driver did not arrive to the customer location.
