To enable the best MaxOptra performance, we recommend you consider the following minimal requirements:
Use Google Chrome or Firefox to access MaxOptra. We support 2 most recent versions of these browsers. Please note,we do not support Internet Explorer. For more information, see Browser Installation and Update Guide.
Make sure the resolution of your screen is at least 1024 x 768. For best experience we recommend the 1920 x 1080 resolution.
Graphics Acceleration: To ensure optimal performance and visual quality of the upgraded front-end UI, users should enable graphics acceleration within their Google Chrome settings. This will allow for seamless interaction with the new map features and enhancements.
**Note ** The adblock applications installed on your browser may affect the speed of data loading in MaxOptra. In this case we recommend to either disable the adblock or make an exception for MaxOptra.
Smartphones
To operate the MaxOptra mobile application we recommend;
Android:
Android 7 or higher but we recommend Android 11+ for the best experience
Availability of a Google-account to access Play store
Installed Google services on your phone

General characteristics:
1x1000 MHz processor,
Memory: 512 MB of RAM,
disk space is not less than 150 MB (100 of them are reserved for a cache card),
Optional: camera or laser scanner to scan barcodes,
enabled GPS or GPS + GLONASS module,
GSM module with a sim-card,
enabled data transmission (highly desirable for a quick start positioning by GPS and continuous transmission of data to the server),
unlimited internet tariff with at least 4G (tariffs with roaming are required for regional and international transportation),
constantly connected high-quality vehicle charger.
The mobile application is carefully checked but, for obvious reasons, we cannot guarantee the 100% compatibility with all variety of smartphones and tablets. We know at least one smartphone, which does not work with MaxOptramobile application - Fly Era Style 4.
Please note, GPS-data (data on the device positioning) quality depends on the device and software compatibility. Usually, we do not recommend to update Android with a new version in case the application works correctly with the current one. Before the purchase of a lot of devices, we recommend you to buy one and test it for the correcttransmissionof the route data.
Server
Cloud solution (SaaS) is commonly used, so your own server is not required. In case you need to install your own server, an entry-level server is recommended: 8 core processor, 64 GB of RAM. Hard disk should have the following requirements: SSD, 500 GB will be enough, in RAID1 array preferably. OS - CentOS 7.
This server will be enough to schedule the work of 300 performers. If you have more performers, please contact MaxOptra support ([email protected]) to define the required number of servers.
