MaxOptra comes along with a driver application for Android devices. It allows you to eliminate paperwork by dispatching routes and collecting status update and PODs electronically. To use the application, you need to have it enabled for your account. If you are not sure it is, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Please note that additional charges may apply. Once the application is enabled for your account you can start setting it up.
Setting up Users
The first thing you will need is driver login details. The driver's login and password are set up on the User tab (see Create users ).
To manage your driver logins, make sure the selected role is Account Administrator and you are on the Users page of the Settings tab:
Note MaxOptra automatically creates a user for the Performer role for each driver you have created and set up. Click one of these users:
Here you can change the driver's login and password, so that he can log in to the MaxOptra driver application. Make a note of the login and password you select, you will need them later. Repeat the process for each driver you want to have access to MaxOptra driver application.
Next, you need to set up the application on your devices. Most of Android-powered devices can run MaxOptra application. Read more about compatibility at Recommended specifications.
