MaxOptra provides flexible tools for setting up breaks for the drivers.
To access these settings, make sure the selected role is Account Administrator and you are on the **Breaks ** screen of the **Settings ** tab.
You can choose between fixed and dynamic break type.
When using the fixed model, you can set up the fixed time for each driver to have their break, for example, 12:00 to 12:45. You can also set up the maximum break shift on the Driver form, allowing MaxOptra to shift the time of the break to optimally suit the allocated orders:
The dynamic break type is enabled by default. MaxOptra will plan a 45-minute break every 4.5 hours of driving time or 6 hours of working time whichever comes first. The Allowed break shift configures the maximum time MaxOptra is allowed to shift the break to accommodate the orders most effectively.
