Learn about 'No routes allowed' violation

In MaxOptra, we integrate with market leading location services to ensure we have the most update to data when calculating the best route for your fleet.

You may see violations for 'No allowed routes' on orders, for example where there are; closed roads, environmental zones, low bridges etc. There a few reasons why this may be happening:

First, a vehicle is configured with type that is not allowed in that area e.g. ULEZ. See Vehicle Types

Another reason is if the order is located on a road that has a closure notice submitted to the council or the vehicle only option is through a closed road then, our location services will consider this a critical notice and MaxOptra will display this violation.

Alternatively, the co-ordinates of the order may be invalid/unreachable e.g. It is overseas and a ferry is required

If you want to override the issue and force the order onto a route then you may use drag / drop to allocate the the order.
