) icons on the Track&Trace screen give office personnel a “quick view” of where the truck is at the moment.
How to enable/disable the icons displaying on the Track&Trace screen in MaxOptra
By default, the icons are enabled. If you want to disable the icons, contact the MaxOptra Support Team.
How the icons displaying works in MaxOptra
The Vehicle and the Box icons are displayed on the Track&Trace screen depending on the current order status reported by a driver from his/her mobile device:
a driver reports Start- the Vehicle icon is displayed;
a driver reports the Arrived status - the Box icon is displayed;
a driver reports the Delivered status - the Box icon is displayed;
a driver reports Done - no icons are displayed.

If a job contains multiple orders, the system will display the icon on the first row for all the orders. The same icon will be displayed in the pop-up window when opening a multiple order.
