User parameters are described in the table below.

This check box to destine this profile for developers who want to integrate MaxOptra with other standalone or web applications by using REST API functionality.

User roles

Role defines what the current user can do in the system. Depending on selected role different interface elements (screens, tabs, sections, buttons, etc.) are displayed to the user. Multiple roles can be assigned to the same user. Such users can switch between roles during the session.The following roles are available:

  • Account Administrator can configure general options of the account, as well as create new objects like Glossary , Glossary , Glossary , Glossary and new Glossary . A specific configuration of the Settings tab with corresponding sections is displayed to the Account Administrator (see System Configuration ).

  • Performer is the role intended for drivers. The provided login and password are used by drivers to log in to the driver app (see Android app login ).

  • Dispatcher can plan and track the orders. One or multiple distribution centres can be selected for the same dispatcher. A specific configuration of the Settings tab with corresponding sections is displayed to the Dispatcher (see Settings window ).

  • Customer service can display the Track and Trace screen and print reports.

The Account Administrator and the Dispatcher roles are provided to every account by default. For each role select the Distribution centre/Area of control/Zone from the dropdown (if any).
