A number of important actions can be performed using the vehicle context menu, such as: activate/deactivate a vehicle, swap runs between vehicles or make bulk changes in the vehicle and driver settings and others.
To open the vehicle context menu, use the
(Vehicle actions) button on the vehicle card or right-click the vehicle card. Then select the action you need.
Deactivate vehicle
Select the Deactivate vehicle option from the context menu:
As a result the vehicle will not be available for planning for the current day, and all the orders assigned to it will be un-allocated.
Vehicles deactivated manually or by default can be activated from the vehicle context menu to be used in planning again.
Swap runs
Select the Swap runs option to exchange orders (routes) between vehicles. The list of vehicles available for swapping is displayed:
Click the vehicle you would like to swap routes with. After confirming your choice, the route(s) will be re-allocated to the selected vehicle.

Bulk change
Select the Bulk change option if you want to change the settings for all vehicles of the current DC for the current day.
The bulk change dialog is displayed:
Tick the parameters you would like to change. The corresponding fields become available for editing.
Click Save to save the changes. The settings of all the vehicles of the current distribution centre have been updated.
Print Schedule
Select the Print Schedule option if you want to print the driver manifest for the current day. You can print either the entire schedule (All) or the specific run (Run #1, Run#2 etc.) allocated to this vehicle for the current day.
After you select the appropriate option, the Driver Manifest form is displayed, which can be sent to printer by clicking the
button.
Export Run
Select the Export run option if you want to export the vehicle's schedule for the current day. You can export either the entire schedule (All) or the specific run (Run #1, Run#2 etc.) allocated to this vehicle for the current day.
