The left section of the Planning screen displays the list of **Vehicles ** assigned to the selected distribution center.
Vehicle Card
When the vehicle is not used, it **Vehicle card ** looks like the one below and consists of the following items:
If any orders are allocated to the vehicle, the vehicle card looks like the one below and consists of the following items:
Clicking on the vehicle name will open the vehicle edit form. Here, you can view and edit the data about the vehicle.
Clicking on the driver name will open the driver edit form, where you can edit the driver data.
Vehicle Filter and Sorting List
When planning the routes, the dispatcher has to deal with a great number of vehicles from his company fleet. To make the process of scheduling quicker and more convenient, you may sort the vehicles by some parameters or use the vehicles filter.

Vehicles Upper Menu
Two buttons are located above the **Vehicles ** section:
Send details for all – to send schedule details for all drivers at once;
Print schedule – to print all schedules for the current day.
Vehicles Context Menu
During planning you can perform a number of actions: activate/deactivate vehicles, swap runs between vehicles, make bulk changes in the vehicle and driver settings, etc. These actions are performed from the vehicle context menu.
To open the vehicle context menu you may use the
(Vehicle actions) button on the vehicle card or simply right-click the vehicle card. Then select the action you need:
