When planning the routes, the dispatcher has to deal with a great number of vehicles from his company fleet. To make the process of scheduling quicker and more convenient, you may use an option of the vehicles and drivers filtering.
Filter Button
In order to set the parameters for vehicles/drivers filter, click on the
button above the vehicles list. While the filter parameters are not set, this icon is disabled. When the filter is applied, the icon becomes enabled:

To drop all filter parameters, click the cross
near the filter button.
The number of used vehicles vs total number are displayed above the list of vehicles.

Click the Filter icon to open the form of vehicles and drivers parameters filter:
You can filter the vehicles by the following parameters:
vehicle name;
territory;
supported vehicle requirements;
vehicle activity (only active vehicles are displayed).
Drivers also can be filtered by several parameters:
driver name;
territory;
schedule availability (only drivers with planned orders are displayed);
driver availability at the time of planning (only available drivers will be displayed).
How the "Vehicles and drivers filter" feature works in MaxOptra
Select the required filter parameters and click the Apply button. Only vehicles/drivers meeting the filter conditions, and, subsequently, their routes, will be displayed in the list of vehicles (see below).

How filter affects context menu
If the filter is applied, only filtered vehicles are displayed in the Vehicles Context Menu.
Only filtered vehicles are displayed in the Order re-allocation. Order re-sequencing if the vehicles/drivers filter is applied.
If the vehicle filter is applied, the bulk change through the context menu will be applied only to the filtered vehicles (the vehicles visible on the planning screen):
Only the vehicles/drivers that meet the selected filter will be displayed in the search field on the Planning screen. In this case you can see the note Filter applied in the search results.
