During planning dispatchers need to see their vehicles on the Planning screen arranged according to certain parameters, for example, sorted by vehicle capacity, cost, or even by run duration. To help transport teams manage the vehicle data on the Planning screen the way they need, the sorting options are available here.
If the vehicles are vacant, you can sort them by only a few parameters (as enabled in presets):
Vehicle registration number (set by default);
Driver name;
Driver shift start;
Vehicle capacity, weight;
Vehicle capacity, volume.
If the vehicles have scheduled orders, then sorting by vehicle dynamic attributes becomes available:
Vehicle registration number (set by default);
Available weight;
Available volume;
Driver name;
Driver shift start;
Vehicle capacity, weight;
Vehicle capacity, volume;
Schedule cost;
Run(s) duration time;
Run start time;
Driving time;
Duty time limit;
Run(s) distance;
Violations detected.
The button
is used to select the order of sorting - ascending or descending:
- ascending sorting (from the smallest to the largest values)
- descending sorting (from the largest to the smallest values)
In case the sorting data change (for example, some orders are added to the schedule and, consequently, some sorting fields changed - schedule cost, run duration time, available capacity, etc.), sorting is not updated automatically. The sorting button becomes inactive. When hovering over it, the system displays the notification that sorting data needs to be updated:
