Using the MaxOptra ETA schedule, transport managers can get a complete overview of their fleet's progress. This allows the transport team to anticipate current challenges affecting drivers and improve customer satisfaction through accurate delivery estimates and proactive communication with SMS notifications.
The ETA schedule is a real time visualization providing a clear overview of the drivers progression and expected arrival times
MaxOptra ETA is calculated when a driver starts an order and is in sequence. MaxOptra routing provider will calculate the new ETA from the last customer location to the next customer location with live traffic. (If included in Subscriptions) Example (If a driver is 10 minutes late for the second order in the run. Then all the other orders estimated arrival time will be planned time with an additional +10 minutes and updated accordingly for every order that is started until the driver starts that order and the LIVE ETA is then calculated)
:information_source:MaxOptra cannot calculate ETA if a driver violates the order sequence in the run Example, a driver completed Order 1 and Order 2 and started Order 4. ETA calculation will be stopped in this case, as the driver violates the order sequence :information_source: MaxOptra, ETA calculation is possible only if the actual information about the order execution is available and the scheduled order sequence is not broken
