Some businesses require regular checks of vehicles' technical condition. MaxOptra provides an incorporated tool to create customizable vehicle checks forms and complete them in the driver app.

After you've created your vehicle checks forms and applied them to your vehicles, the corresponding form will open up in the driver app after logging in.
Click OK to pass on to filling the vehicle checks form.
First fill out the vehicle registration number and the odometer readings:
Then go through the check list. If some item fails the check, mark it as failed, leave a comment and attach a photo (if required):
Click Done when finished.
After that the verification form will open, where you should write your name and leave your signature:
When the vehicle checks form is completed, it will appear in the Vehicle checks forms report. All faults will also appear in the Vehicle faults report.
