To create Overall delivery accuracy report, select **Overall delivery accuracy ** on the **Reports ** tab, select the date from, the date to and the distribution centre you need. Then click the **Export ** button.
You can create Overall arrival accuracy report both for one or all distribution centres, as well as for one or several days. The printed version of the report looks like this:
An **Overall delivery accuracy report ** displays the information about the jobs execution for all distribution centres for the specified period of time:
total jobs - the total number of orders executed for the specified time period,
total jobs: no gps data - the number of orders executed by the vehicles without gps device (displayed in numbers and in percent of the total),
total jobs: no data (other) - the number of orders of the vehicles that did not visit any of scheduled locations,
total jobs with associated device data - the total number of orders executed by all vehicles equipped with the gps device (displayed in numbers and in percentage),
total jobs "on time" - the total number of orders executed on time (displayed in numbers, in percentage and in total with gps device),
total jobs "not on time" - the total number of orders executed earlier or later (displayed in numbers, in percentage and in total with gps device),
total jobs "late" and "early" - the total number of orders executed late or early (displayed in numbers, in percentage and in total with gps device),
total jobs "missed" - the total number of orders not executed at all (displayed in numbers, in percentage and in total with gps device).
