Using the order items delivery report you can get information about order items and their completion statuses.
To create a new report, select the time period, the distribution centre and the item status (if necessary) and click Apply.
The report shows the following data about order items:
Date (in this case it means the dispatch date of the order/run)
Vehicle
Driver
Name
External ID
Barcode
Total price
Quantity
Actual quantity
Status
Description
Fail reason
Comment
Order reference
Order status
You can show or hide the columns you need using the
button.
To have Order items delivery report in printed form, click the Export button: the report will be exported to Excel.
