We have identified that you are using your own SMTP service to send communications from MaxOptra. We want to inform you that in 2024 we are migrating all customers to a new communications service in MaxOptra. The upgraded service will ensure more stability and scalability for the future.
What does this mean for you?
If you are using your own SMTP service that does not accept connections from other servers client then your IT team should whitelist 159.69.100.235 by January 2nd 2024.
After this time, your account will be migrated to the new communications service and you may experience issues with outgoing emails if whitelist is not complete.
Alternatively, let us know if you would like to switch to MaxOptra SMTP.
