Communications
Access SMS and email communications for an order, via the new tab, Communications, on an order.
To view communications for all orders, contact MaxOptra Support to enable the new Communications report for Account Administrators. Learn more about the communications report
Android Driver App
Available in MX 5.10, as an account administrator there is a new setting to enable 'prevent order completions before attaching a photo'. Go to Settings > Execution preferences > Mobile workflow properties to enable this option
This feature is only available for MaxOptra Android app, version 5.3. The following warning will display to the driver when trying to complete an order without attaching photos.
Vehicle Checks
The following improvements have been made to vehicle checks; Clone form to set up multiple vehicle check forms quickly. This creates a copy of an existing form to configure.
A new field; “Signed by” is available in reports and will record the name entered in the driver app on completing a vehicle check form.
An additional filter has been added to the Vehicle Faults report for 'Status'. This will allow you to filter the data to only show rectified or registered faults.

Order Log
Additional statuses have been added to the order log in MX 5.10
Status - the status of the order directly after a previous action;
ETA - the ETA of the order, if available
