Order log in MaxOptra is a reference sheet of all actions that have been performed with an order during the workflow from the moment of creation to the moment when the order reached its terminal status (completed/failed). Order log contains full information about order processing and is used to trace down the actions performed with orders.
Log on the Track & Trace screen
The order log icon is available on Track & Trace screen.
Click the icon to see the order log.
The order log includes three parameters (columns):
Date/Time – displays the date and time when the status was changed;
Actioned by – displays the user (administrator, dispatcher, performer) who changed the status;
Actions – displays the actions of order status changing. Additional statuses in MX 5.10+
Status - the status of the order directly after a previous action;
ETA - the ETA of the order, if available
Click the configuration icon in the upper right corner to add/exclude the visible columns, then click Apply.
As the driver proceeds with order processing on the PDA, every next order status is recorded in order log.
A dispatcher can also change order statuses on the Track&Trace screen (see Changing orders statuses on Track&Trace screen ).
In case of failed order, the user will be prompted to select the Order cancellation on Track&Trace screen . The selected cancellation reason will be displayed in the order log and in the order form.
If the customers receive notifications about order processing, it is also reflected in order log:
Note The order log information is stored in MaxOptra for 1 month.
