The Order Log is an important tool for dispatchers and transport managers, providing them with the information they need to track deliveries, identify problems and communicate with customers whilst overall improving delivery efficiency.
Users are able to print and export proof of deliveries and order attachments. These are essential documents for a business to help prevent disputes, error and fraud and ensure compliance with regulations and service level agreements
Order Log
The Order Log is a history sheet of all actions that have been performed with an order, from the moment of creation to when the order reaches its terminal status. Users can utilise the history sheet to track the current status and location of and order and provide information for customer inquiries and benchmark performance in different areas in the business
As a Dispatcher or Customer Service User, go to Track & Trace. Click the
button next to the Order reference
The Order Log contains five Parameters:
Date/Time – Displays the date and time when the status was changed;
Actioned by – Displays the user (administrator, dispatcher, performer) who changed the status;
Actions – Displays the actions of an order status change
Status - The status of the order directly after a previous action;
ETA - Estimated Time of Arrival, if available
Click on the settings icon on the upper right of the log form to customise data on the order form, then click APPLY
:information_source: If customers receive tracking notification regarding their orders it will be displayed in the order log :information_source: The Order Log information is stored in MaxOptra for 1 month
Order Attachments & Proof of Delivery
Within Maxoptra users are able to download order attachments and proof of delivery. Users might want to download attachments and POD'S to upload to their own CRM so that other staff can view them all on one system

How to Download Order Attachments
To download order Attachments, click the order reference or

The Attachments tab shows the order attachments
Select the attachments to download

To view and download the POD, click the order reference or
icon
Select the POD tab, click the print icon to print the POD
