We have launched the planning tool beta to all accounts on MaxOptra and there is a short demo in the latest webinar showcasing the new features. Please post any feedback in the community forum.

Two factor authentication protects against password guessing and theft. It is a way of 'double checking' that you really are the person logging in to MaxOptra. It provides a 'second step' on the login process that only you can access.

In this release we have introduced this feature for Account Administrators only.

In 5.11 release we have made technical improvements to the customer notifications containing Estimated time of arrival (ETA) to be more logical and reliable.

The print out of a drivers vehicle check has been fixed to include all comments a driver may add on a check in the driver app. Also the 'signed by' name has been fixed on the print out
