Standard reports in MaxOptra are used to get data on orders execution and drivers performance. To create reports, make sure the selected role is Dispatcher and you are on the Reports tab:
MaxOptra suggests a number of standard reports, as well as a template for customizable report.
On time report
This report allows monitoring the execution of the orders:
On time report contains general information on the orders, the information on scheduled, actual and reported time of a driver arrival and departure, the number of on time, early and late orders. On time report is available in Excel.
Daily runs report
Daily runs report allows getting data on all daily runs including the information on arrival, departure and return time, load and unload duration, driving and operations time, total time, weight and mileage of a run, total run cost, and the average cost of each job.
Daily runs report is available on the Reports page and in Excel format.
Driver performance report
**Driver performance ** report consists of six separate reports providing the information on drivers performance - Overall report, Completed jobs report, On time deliveries report, Correct sequence report, Average time deviation accuracy report, Average operation time report.
Overall report contains general information on drivers performance: the percentage of completed jobs, on time jobs and correct sequence, average time deviation and average operation time:
Completed jobs report presents the diagrams displaying the percentage of completed jobs by each driver:
On time jobs report presents the diagrams displaying the percentage of on-time jobs by each driver:
Correct sequence report presents the diagrams displaying the percentage of the correct sequence of orders execution:
Average time deviation report presents the diagrams displaying the average deviation in time of arrival to the customer (in minutes):
Average operation time report presents the diagrams displaying the average time of orders execution (in minutes):
All Driver performance reports are available on the Reports screen and in Excel format.
Overall delivery accuracy report
Overall delivery accuracy report displays the information on the execution of the orders for the whole distribution centre for a specified period of time (total number of jobs executed on time and not on time, early, late and missed jobs).
Overall arrival accuracy report is available in Excel format.
Warehouse instructions report
Warehouse instructions report contains general information on all runs of all drivers of a specified distribution centre for a specified date: the number of orders in a run, orders weight and volume, a customer to whom an order to be delivered, vehicle requirements, distance to a customer (stop distance), operations time (stop times), and the order comments.

Delivery Ratings Report
This report is used by delivery companies to assess and analyse their performance.

Order items delivery report
Using the order items delivery report you can get information about order items and their completion statuses.

Vehicle checks forms report
This report allows to view the results of regular monitoring of the fleet's technical condition (vehicle checks). It provides information about the vehicle, the check date and the main checking parameters (individual for each company).

Vehicle faults report
This report is used in case a vehicle has failed to pass the check for any item mentioned in the form. It provides information about the vehicle, the check date, the fault description and its rectification status.
