To swap drivers between vehicles, do the following:
Select the vehicle that you want to swap drivers with.
Click the vehicle name to open the configuration box.
A dialog window is displayed. In the Driver field, select driver you want to allocate to the vehicle and click Save.
Note: If the selected driver is not allocated to any vehicle, he will be immediately allocated to the vehicle. However if the selected driver is already allocated to a vehicle, the system will show the following dialog:
You will then need to decide whether to Swap driver between two vehicles or Unallocate driver from that vehicle and allocate a new one afterwards.
If you want to unallocate driver from the vehicle (in the Account settings or just on the Planning screen), or to delete the vehicle (in the Account settings), which already has orders allocated to it, the following confirmation is displayed:
