Completing additional vehicle checks in the Driver App
1. Login to driver app and select menu button
2. Select new menu item 'Vehicle checks'
3. Any additional vehicle checks assigned to the vehicle are listed here
4. The driver can open and completed a vehicle check form listed.
Enter registration number
5. Driver must complete the required fields to complete the form
Enter odometer reading
6. Completed all required questions and submit the form
7. Drivers must add signature and name to submit the form
8. Select done to submit the vehicle check
Drivers will be navigated back to Runs screen when complete
# View completed checks
The MaxOptra driver app now has the ability for drivers to view a read-only version of vehicle checks they completed in the last 7 days.
9. Go back to Vehicle Checks menu item
10. Select Your Checks
11. Any completed checks in the last 7 days will be listed. Select any form to open.
12. Drivers can view a read-only version of their vehicle check submission.
If the app has been updated or storage cleared then previous read-only submissions are not available to driver.
# Continue incomplete vehicle check
Drivers can save drafts of their vehicle check forms to complete and submit later.
13. If driver selects back on an additional vehicle check, it will be saved as draft
14. Select yes to save as draft for 24 hours
15. Go back to Vehicle checks menus and Your Checks to open the draft
16. Click on the draft vehicle check form to continue the form and submit.
After 24 hours, drafts will be cleared from the device. If the app is updated or storage cleared then the drafts will also be cleared.
