Internet Explorer
and Microsoft Edge
are NOT SUPPORTED, so please avoid using these browsers.
For better and faster operation of MaxOptra it is recommended to update your browser to the latest version and to clear the browsing data (cache) on the regular basis.
Browser Update
To check your Google Chrome browser version, click the menu button
in the upper right corner of the screen and select Help>About Google Chrome. If your browser version is not up to date, click Relaunch to update.
If you use Mozilla Firefox, click the menu button
and select Help>About Firefox. The About Firefox window will appear. The version number is listed underneath the Firefox name. Firefox will begin checking for updates and downloading them automatically. When the updates are ready to be installed, click Restart to update Firefox.
Clearing Browsing History
To clear the Google Chrome browser cache, go to the settings menu and select History (Ctrl+H). Then select Clear browsing data in the left part of the screen. In the pop-up dialog select the time period and click Clear data. For better operation it is recommended to clear the entire browsing history.
If you use Mozilla Firefox, click the Library button
, the select History>Clear Recent History. In the pop-up window select the time period, the type of data you want to clear (if any), and click Clear Now.
