Improved Dynamic Breaks
We've enhanced our breaks feature. You can now define dynamic break rules to cater to a mixed vehicle fleets as well as multi-depots.
We're moving break configuration from account settings to the distribution settings and (bonus!) within vehicle type settings. These updates allow you configure your account to refine scheduling and improve customer experience with accurate ETA's to your customers.
To support these enhancements, we have redesigned the following forms to include the new break settings:
Distribution centres
Vehicles
Drivers
Vehicle Types
To take advantage of the new breaks configuration and new forms, you will need to be upgraded to the new UI and feature. Please contact Support.
Please note: that changing break configuration will not apply to days with already planned routes. This will be fixed in 5.18 release
